The package includes a comprehensive accessory kit to minimize the need for additional purchases. It contains two pumps with 24 mm flanges, two charging cables, two dust covers, two extra duckbill valves, a portable storage bag, and a cleaning brush. We have replacement duckbill valves, flanges, diaphragms, milk containers, and other washable parts available for purchase. You can also find sizing inserts.
How can I confirm the correct flange size?
For an productive and comfortable pumping experience, it's crucial to choose the correct flange or insert size. Use the Nipple Measurement Card included in your package to find the right fit.
What are the warranty and return policies?
eufy offers a 12-month warranty for the pump hub and a 3-month warranty for any washable components. As a medical and personal hygiene device, returns are accepted only if the item is in its new, unopened state with intact seals, unused, and contained within its original packaging.
How long does the battery last?
Each full charge provides up to 4–5 pumping sessions (about 150 minutes total). It recharges quickly via USB-C, so you're never without power for long.
Is it comfortable to wear?
Yes! The E10 is lightweight, designed to fit comfortably in most nursing bras, and comes with soft silicone shields for a snug, pain-free fit.
How do I clean the pump?
The pump has fewer parts than traditional models, making cleaning easy. All removable parts (except the motor) are BPA-free and washable by hand with warm soapy water.
